1. The service
AURA provides online reasoning and cognitive assessments. AURA Basic is a free matrix-reasoning assessment. AURA Full is a paid digital assessment with access to the full battery and resulting score report.
2. AURA Full
The current displayed price is £14.99 for one AURA Full assessment unless a different price is clearly shown before checkout. Payment is processed through Stripe and access is granted only after successful payment verification.
3. Results
Scores are generated from the responses submitted through the service and the scoring rules configured for the relevant assessment. AURA results should not be used as the sole basis for medical, clinical, employment, educational or legal decisions where a separately administered assessment is required.
4. Acceptable use
You must not bypass payment controls, scrape or redistribute protected question content, interfere with the service, probe systems without permission, automate large numbers of submissions or use AURA in a way that infringes another person's rights.
5. Intellectual property
The AURA brand, website design, scoring software, original written material and assessment content owned or licensed by AURA are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce the question bank.
6. Availability
We aim to keep AURA available and functioning correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be suspended or changed for maintenance, security, legal or product-development reasons.
7. Refunds
Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AURA is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of a score, reliance on the service for a purpose it was not designed for, third-party outages or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
